But in a new interview with Cosmopolitan magazine,  Miley Cyrus is unrepentant about her 'haters,' while declaring herself a 'cool punk rock underdog.' She dazzles in a barely there gold mini-dress decorated with sequins and jewels as she tells the magazine's December issue: 'Everything is so chaotic and crazy right now...I'm literally what everyone is talking about.
