Wherever there's a scandal, trust Justin Beiber to be there, he's the new poster boy. It has even gotten so bad that a petition to deport him back to Canada from the United States has garnered over 100,000 signatures after which the Government won't have any choice but to look into it.
According to TMZ, Justin and his pal Khalil Sharieff were spotted sucking on one breast each during a recent party, strange that they even allowed a camera capture it.
