Kim may just have played herself into the hands of critics as she shared this bikini clad photo way back from 2006. The 'Keeping up with the Kardashian' star and Kanye West's baby mama who claims never to have gone under the knife for surgery has been slammed and questions raised on why her nose looks suspiciously different from now.
She was also forced to deny reports that she had been receiving botox injections while pregnant with North.
'When you weren't plastic,' one fan commented on the photo.
'Yes you can tell you got face surgery girl you blowing your own cover,' another commented.
A report in In Touch magazine had alleged: 'She’s still getting injections even though she’s seven months pregnant.''She’s become more neurotic than ever about her looks,' a family insider told the magazine. 'She’ll do anything to be beautiful.'
Kim has strongly denied ever having had plastic surgery, and even underwent an X-ray of her bottom on a previous episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians to prove she had not had implants.
Talking previously about the speculation, Kim said: 'Rumours don't bother me anymore. I've read that I've had my lips done. I've always had big lips. Look at my baby pictures. It's ridiculous.
'Or they'll show one picture of me today and one tomorrow, and say I've had my nose done in between. When? Didn't you just see me yesterday?
'And how many times have I "had my butt done"? People's logic is so weird. I don't know why they bother!'
